May Peace Be With You

Telluride Mountains, Colorado

What do you need when there’s uncertainty, chaos, relationship problems, or stress? Find within yourself deep peace. There are many ways to get peace. You can rest, listen to music, take a walk in nature, be mindful of your environment, pray, meditate, go on a retreat, or take a vacation.

I decided to go to Colorado to take a break from my daily life. Going somewhere far away gives me new perspectives. Several times I’ve told myself I just need peace. I need to rejuvenate so I can continue to give to others. Peace creates sacred space and increased awareness.

I work in hospice – caring for the dying. After someone dies, I tell the family, “May peace be with you.” When we have peace, we create the space to heal. Deep peace helps us feel connected to God.

It’s no secret that the world is changing before our eyes. Deep peace creates “right thinking.” Everyone has their own beliefs and thinking. For me, right thinking is spiritual wisdom. This wisdom has to transcend the problems of daily reality. It must go deeper into understanding the spiritual realm.

For the past two mornings, during my sun meditation, I received a vision of a key and a lock. There are a lot of secrets about humanity and the world. And if we want to open the door to these secrets, we need to create deep peace.

May peace be with you.

Make Me a Channel of Your Peace, by Susan Boyle

Make me a channel of Your peace
Where there is hatred, let me bring Your love
Where there is injury, Your pardon Lord
And where there’s doubt, true faith in You

Make me a channel of Your peace
Where there’s despair in life, let me bring hope
Where there is darkness, only light
And where there’s sadness, ever joy

Oh Master, grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love with all my soul

Make me a channel of Your peace
It is pardoning that we are pardoned
In giving to all men that we receive
And in dying that we’re born to eternal life

Oh Master, grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love with all my soul

Make me a channel of Your peace
Where there’s despair in life, let me bring hope
Where there is darkness, only light
And where there’s sadness, ever joy

Love is the Bridge

YouTuber, Ralph Smart, says, “Let love guide you, not fear.” Love is the bridge. Fear will divide and separate us.

My friend, who is not vaccinated, can’t ride with her sisters because of her vaccination status. Is this what our world is coming to? Separation based on vaccination status?

We must look to people who’ve made a difference in the world. Mother Teresa sat with people who were very sick – she was not afraid. Kieran Creagh, an Irish priest, founded a hospice in South Africa to help sufferers of HIV/Aids. Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. preached about love and unity – not separation. We are all children of God.

If we have no peace, it’s because we have forgotten that we belong to each other. – Saint Mother Teresa

We need to be brave and not let anything divide us! Do you love your family? Your friends? Then do not let vaccination status divide you and your loved ones! Let love guide you, not fear!

We must not allow the evil of separation and punishment to repeat. As a human race, we need to ascend to higher states of consciousness. “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them,” Albert Einstein said.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “The time is always right to do what is right.” Let love guide you, not hate. Do not fear.

No Blind Eye

Do not turn a blind eye to what is going on in the world. You must be aware and awake! Use your intuition and intelligence to do what is right in your heart.

This morning, during my Qigong practice, I extended my prayers to include Gandhi. I asked him to give me strength, creative wit, and the power of activism. Gandhi is an excellent example of how one person can make a difference in the world. I believe we can connect with the energy of these spirits.

I remember reading about activism online. Right now, we are going through turbulent times with the pandemic and vaccines. Either we do nothing, or we do something to make things better. Do you want to tell your grandchildren or great-grandchildren that you just sat around and did nothing during a pandemic/world crisis?

Several months ago, I started sending letters to local businesses. The first letters were about HIPAA laws and not to ask people about vaccines. Now I’m writing letters not to mandate the vaccines. I am following my heart, and I know I can make a difference.

You can make a difference in your community! Use your online platform, talk to your local leaders, write letters, make phone calls, join groups! Anything!

Your Wildest Dreams are Doable

On this evening of a full moon, I can feel the potential of a new reality. I ask myself, “What is my wildest dream?” I use my imagination to see “pictures” of my wildest dream. I can see myself traveling to strange and exciting lands, connecting with people all over the world. I can see and feel the energy of all living things – especially the spirit of horses – I am like a “horse whisperer.” I can see myself riding my horse “Black Knight” like a carefree Goddess.

The world is different because of my understanding of energy. Everything is alive with its vibration and light. I fear nothing, and I have special powers to jump great distances and even fly. I play my flute to please the unseen spirits. I laugh with joy because I know the secrets.

Life is a journey, and my teachers step forward to guide me. I can time travel and travel to worlds unknown to my present reality. I continue to learn because I want to discover myself over and over again. I am the “star” of my show.

Yoga shows me how to open my Chakras and expand my energy. I see myself going beyond my current limitations. I am a Yogi throughout my lifetimes. In my “wildest dream,” I visit sacred locations all over the world.

I am pure love and compassion. I have recovered my true value, and I am ready to help anyone when needed. I unite with the oneness of everything! In my dream, there is harmony in the Universe.

You and I are multidimensional beings. Come dream with me.

Everything to be imagined is an image of truth. – William Blake

This Too Shall Pass

Human Energy

If you did not get the Covid-19 vaccinations, you are not alone. I decided not to get the shots. I have several health concerns, and I need to make the best decision for myself. I am confident in my decision. However, it looks like the world wants to divide us into two groups: the vaccinated and the unvaccinated.

I work for a hospital – in hospice. If the hospital mandates the Covid-19 vaccines, then I will need to find a different job. Right now, people get a light blue clip on their badge if they received the Covid-19 vaccinations. I do not have a blue clip – and that’s okay. I plan to ride the tail strings of this pandemic. “This too shall pass.”

Working with my Qi by doing Qigong and meditation is helping me a lot! It’s amazing how things fall into place when I’m connected to my energy. Remember, Qi or Ki is the “key” to life.

I can see the changes in my life. It’s incredible how much I am in tune with my life. I am braver, I live in the present moment, and I embrace the challenges.

So how do we continue to face these challenging times? By understanding energy and the nature of reality. We need to understand the messages from Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla. We need to learn about energy and our brain. If we awaken to the big picture, we can face anything!

Here are some quotes from Einstein and Tesla:

Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world. – Albert Einstein

God does not play dice with the universe. – Albert Einstein

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better. – Albert Einstein

If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. – Nikola Tesla

The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence. – Nikola Tesla

My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists. – Nikola Tesla

Let’s continue to live with love and compassion. Namaste, world.

Recommendations to Strengthen your Immunity and Protect Yourself

Create a Strong Energy Field

Human beings have an energy field that surrounds the body. We gather information from the energy field. We can create a strong energy field through Qigong, Tai Chi, Reiki, meditation, and yoga.

Right now, it’s crucial to protect ourselves. One simple way we can cleanse and strengthen our energy field is through smudging with sage or incense. Remember, it’s your intention that is important. Smudge yourself every morning for protection (remember to smudge the backside of your body).

Recommendations to strengthen your immunity and protect yourself:

  • Take vitamin supplements every day. The key vitamins to take are vitamin C, D, and Zinc. If you feel like you’re getting sick, increase your vitamins. For example, increase vitamin C to 4,000 mg/day. Also, drink plenty of water with lemon juice and drink organic Echinacea tea.
  • Do Qigong or Tai Chi to increase the energy in your body.
  • Do mediation to balance your mental energy and open your third eye Chakra.
  • Do Yoga to strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, calm your mind, and open your Chakras.
  • Limit your time on the Internet, cell phone, and television (the energy emitted from these technologies are unhealthy for humans).
  • Spend time in nature to strengthen your immunity. Nature has balance – we can tap into that balance. EARTH = HEART
  • Ground yourself by walking on grass (untreated grass).
  • If you feel extra stress, take magnesium before bedtime.
  • Eat organic fruits and vegetables. Your gut is your second brain (the intestines look like a brain).
Gut Brain

More recommendations:

  • Receive Reiki treatments to balance your Chakras and strengthen your energy body. Distance Reiki works well too.
  • Get a massage to restore tissues and feel balanced.

I hope these recommendations are helpful. May you be well, happy, skillful, and peaceful.

My Retreat Experience in Sedona (with Tao Principles)

Sedona Mago Retreat Center’s Sacred Land

I just finished a meditation retreat at Sedona Mago Retreat Center in Arizona. It was an amazing experience. About four years ago, my friends and I took a tour of Sedona Mago Retreat. After the tour, I promised myself that I would return one day. I’m so grateful to experience the retreat center.

Before I went to Sedona Mago Retreat Center, I went to Bell Rock. I wanted to climb Bell Rock and feel the energy of the vortex. When I was there four years ago, my friend and I didn’t climb very far up the mountain, so I was open to climbing higher.

I met another climber, Marvin, and I asked him if I could join him to climb up Bell Rock. I felt more empowered to climb with another human being. We encouraged each other when the climbing became difficult. Several times, I didn’t know if I could climb higher. The rocks were steep and slippery. We made it very close to the top – because it’s impossible to climb up the columns unless you have climbing equipment.

I am proud of myself for climbing Bell Rock. After our climb, we sat quietly and meditated. I could feel the spirits in the powerful wind. I even saw a vision of a Native American man standing behind my new friend, Marvin.

Bell Rock, Sedona, Arizona

After climbing Bell Rock, I went to the retreat center. My goal for the retreat was to go deeper within myself and rejuvenate my soul. I also wanted to learn more about Taoism.

My most favorite experience during the retreat was the sun meditation. As a group, we gathered each morning at 5:00 AM to greet the sun. We did Qigong exercises as we waited for the sun. Then as the sun peeked over the mountain, we held three Qigong poses to open the Chakras (third eye, heart, and solar plexus). On the last sun meditation for the weekend, I received a special gift from the sun. As I closed my eyes and held the Qigong pose for the heart Chakra, I told the sun, “I love you, Sun. You know I love you!” Then in front of my eyes, I saw a pink heart shining toward me.

Sun Meditation

The sun reminds us of our bright consciousness. We can live in pure joy – just like the sun. When we are joyful, our faces shine bright.

The Sedona Mago Retreat center is based on Taoism. Tao originated 3,000 years ago in China. The main goals of Tao are self-awakening and freedom. We can learn to be present and free from the past and the future – which are illusions. When we have zero consciousness, then we obtain selflessness, freedom from attachments, master over our emotions, and free from the concept of “me.”

If we can have nonattachment, then we can awaken to our true identity – which is limitless. When we connect to the source of life (cosmic law), we see our true purpose. Clarity and creativity come from the cosmic mind (from inside).

The Native American people believe our spiritual parents are Heavenly Father and Mother Earth. Nature, Earth, and the Universe co-exist in harmony. It only humans who have disharmony.

All human beings want health, happiness, and peace. We need to recover our true value. When we see that we are beautiful and creative beings, our self-confidence and compassion increase. Compassion is our unattached love and our true nature.

We need to travel inside to see our potential. We can create our dream – for ourselves and the world. We need to let go of the old consciousness of separateness and create a new consciousness of enlightenment and oneness.

A clear goal is needed to obtain our dreams. We have a choice, we can either wander or travel. If we travel, then we need to focus. If we have no destination, then our brains do not work. However, if we work with the divine intelligence in our brains, then we become aware and are on the path to finding our true purpose in life.

What is your wish?

There is a treasure inside every human being which is the Chakras (energy vortexes). They are unchanging and can be utilized for a better life. The Chakras form a pyramid in the human energy system (6th sense). Energy is the universal language. It is crucial to unify and integrate all the Chakras. See the world in energetic terms.

The main Chakra to focus on is the solar plexus Chakra. According to Taoism, we have energy inside us like the sun. It’s important to awaken this energy center. Many Qigong exercises can help us awaken our solar plexus.

In Taoism, the Chakra’s are grouped into three energy centers:

  • Lower Chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) – They support the physical body and improve health and immunity.
  • Middle Chakras (heart and throat) – This is where our true nature resides and our soul’s growth.
  • Upper Chakras (third eye and crown) – This is where we obtain enlightenment and spiritual completion.

We can use the Chakras and our brains to manage our lives. Taoism has three brain management rules:

  • Self Confidence – Set the goal and then achieve it. Wake up your brain and pay attention to divine intelligence.
  • Good news makes a good brain – Tell your brain good news: You are brave, bright, strong, and wise. Your brain will accept the message (no judgment). You have a super brain.
  • If you choose it, it will happen – Go until it happens. Keep going. Don’t give up.

The retreat ended with a vision of hope for humanity and the Earth. As Earth citizens, we can reconnect to our original divinity. We can connect by returning to nature and understanding our relationship with Heaven and Earth.

Spirit of Sedona

Bell Rock, Sedona, Arizona

In a few weeks, I am going on a solo trip to Sedona, Arizona. I am preparing myself mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically for the trip. I keep telling myself that I need to have a strong mind while I am there.

In 2016, my friends and I went to Sedona, Arizona, on a spiritual pilgrimage. I remember one night energy was bouncing off the walls. It really scared me – I’ve never experienced anything like that before. Part of me realizes that I might encounter more strange phenomena during this upcoming trip.

The energy in Sedona is strong because of the vortexes and ancestral energy that resides there. I will be alone on the red mountains (I’m never really alone). I am excited and nervous at the same time.

How am I preparing myself for this trip? I am reading more about Sedona, practicing Qigong every day, and I am working with my mental energy.

I am going to Sedona to connect with the unique energy that is there. I want to meditate and connect with the spirit of Sedona. I am going with an open mind and no set expectations.

I understand that as human beings, we are visible and invisible. The visible part is our physical body and the invisible part is our mind.

The mind is very powerful. We need to be careful because the mind likes to manifest. We need to put our energy towards positive thoughts and less energy into things that cause fear, pain, struggles, etc. It’s easy to just let the mind think what it wants, but it’s crucial to think thoughts mindfully. Remember – thoughts are things. Where thoughts go, energy flows.

I can see myself on Bell Rock. I can feel the warm wind on my skin. I can feel the energy in my body as I connect with Heaven and Earth.

The Call to Shamanism

Right now, we are called to go beyond appearances and go deeper. One way we can go deeper is to explore Shamanism. There’s a lot to learn about Shamanism, and it can take years to develop the skills of a Shaman. However, we need to start somewhere, and the tools we’ve learned in life can help us too. Here are some key things to think about if you’d like to explore Shamanism (taken from the journal notes of Joe R. Lineweaver – who learned Shamanism in Peru):

  • In spiritual practice, we ask for divine intervention for what we can’t do for ourselves.
  • Destiny has no idea of linear time.
  • The purpose of ritual (from the word “spiritual”) is to suspend space and time.
  • Shamans journey to capture energy from a specific place.
  • Archetypes: warrior, teacher, seer, healer.
  • Heal by looking and shine your light in the darkness.
  • Evil spirits abhor (detest) faith, feed on fear.
  • Metaphor becomes Reality.
  • Shamans work with extensive systems of divination (clairvoyance or divination/conversation with spirits).
  • Power animals teach Shamans to move past what blocks them. Let the power animal dance you.
  • Ancestral energies can be helping spirits.
  • The left side is feminine (yin) and the right side is masculine (yang).
  • Ritual creates change.
  • Gifts come from struggle.
  • Give tobacco offering to spirits. Helping spirits need to be fed (offerings).
  • An altar is a physical place for the spirits to come.
  • Have a travel altar. All objects on the altar have a purpose.
  • Smudging cleanses the aura.
  • Merge with the helping spirits and look out through the spirit’s eyes. Ask to be shown the soul’s purpose and energy.
  • Ask: What needs to die to move on? Live with death as an ally. Destroy your fear of letting go of this ordinary reality.
  • Spirits can open the door for you, but you have to go through it.
  • Even your wildest dreams are doable. Notice the doors and step through.
  • Each person has a unique relationship with the Universe.
  • The Shaman’s job is to cultivate a relationship with the unknown.
  • Learn about the four directions (North, South, West, East).
  • Shamanism is like installing a new operating system. May need to remove the old operating system.
  • Learn about plants for healing. Shaman’s plant has powerful doctors in it.
  • Taking a journey is different than meditation. You need a vehicle (kicks the brain into an altered state – like drumming, bells, chanting, or fasting).
  • You need a journeying trance state and embodiment trance.
  • You can’t use power until you’ve cultivated it!
  • We can do this work with intent once we learn the keys to open the door.
