Treasure Chest

There will be a worldwide disclosure coming soon. I can feel it. What can we do to prepare? First of all, we must not be afraid. Go inward to find strength and courage. The ancient texts tell us that we have a powerful mind, so we need to find ways to train our minds to tap into that power.

We also have a treasure within us – The Chakras. Why is it called “Treasure Chest?” Inside the human chest is the heart.

Our Treasure – The Heart Chakra

You are a powerful being. Nothing can take that away. Use your time wisely – train your mind through meditation, work with your chakras, and help other people.

We are ready to face anything! We are born in this lifetime to see the “Great Awakening.” Let’s count our blessings!

Here are seven quotes about treasure:

Wherever your treasure is, there your heart and thoughts will be also be. - Luke 12:34

If your profits are in heaven, your heart will be there too. - Matthew 6:21

The cave you enter holds the treasure you seek. - Joseph Campbell

Knowledge is a treasure, but practice is the key to it. - Lao Tzu

If you come here, you will find a hidden treasure. - Paulo Coelho

The greatest treasures are those invisible to the eye but found by the heart. - Judy Garland

Your heart will challenge you, but also reward you beyond your wildest dreams. - Stefan Emunds

Fantasy World

Understanding is a kind of ecstasy. – Carl Sagan

It is no longer about outside appearances. The journey is within. How can I create the world that I want?

It starts with my mind – using imagination and creativity. I see my world expanding to understand the secrets of humanity and obtaining self-realization in this lifetime. I want to travel – physically and astrologically. I want to surround myself with books, pets, loved ones, nature, and music.

The fantasy world starts within me. If I believe that I can create my world, the wheel of possibility starts to spin. The world can open up to where I am right now.

When I was in India in 2015, my colleagues and I visited a Tibetan temple. Inside the temple was a large prayer wheel (see the photo below). The wheel has mantras inscribed on the inside and the outside. Turning a prayer wheel with millions of mantras inside is the equivalent of saying those millions of mantras but within a few seconds. The action of spinning the wheel sends out the prayers.

Sometimes the mind is referred to as a wheel. What you think (the spinning) is put into action. Intention can get energy moving too.

God is within you.

Remember to be gentle with yourself. Relax into the wheel of life. Trust the Universe. Be who you are, where ever you are.

What needs Healing in your Life?

I joined an online pranayama class this weekend. During the discussion, this morning, another participant and I talked about grieving and healing. After our discussion, I realized that I have to do more healing in my life.

My oldest daughter struggles with alcoholism. “One is addicted…many are affected.” Lately, I’ve been thinking about her childhood. Part of me blames myself for her alcoholism. I feel like I was not a very good parent. My daughter reassures me that I was a wonderful mom, but part of me thinks I could have done better. I was a young mom – only twenty years old when she was born. I was immature in so many ways, and I was clueless about raising a child.

I need to heal this wound inside me and stop blaming myself. I have tremendous hope for my daughter to become sober. She has so many good qualities and talents. Most people that meet her say she is so charming and kind. She’s an artist who paints amazing flowers and scenery (see one of my favorite paintings above).

For me to heal, I need to have a heart-to-heart conversation with my daughter. It won’t be easy. I want to use the Five Healing Phrases (see below). I want to tell her that I am sorry. I’m sorry for not helping her increase her self-esteem when she was in her teens and early twenties. Then I will say, please forgive me for any time I was not there to support her. Next, I will tell her “thank you” for bringing joy and beauty into my life. I will end with telling her that I love her and I bless her. I know I will say more when I am in my daughter’s presence.

Here are the Five Healing Phrases:

  • I’m sorry
  • Please forgive me
  • Thank you
  • I love you
  • I bless you

Do you need healing in your life? Can you be open and honest with yourself? It takes courage to face your wounds.

My goal is to reach self-realization and enlightenment. To do this, I have to face my wounds, shadows, and negative energy. I am grateful to have yin and yang elements (darkness and lightness). I can grow with the balance of these energies.

I am also growing through my daughter’s alcoholism. Yes, it hurts, and I feel helpless at times. But I also see the light and hope in my daughter’s eyes. I know loving her is the greatest gift that I can give her.

Thankful for Change

I feel thankful for the possibilities on the horizon. If we didn’t have change, there would be no growth. Change can be scary, but it is also an opportunity for creativity and exploration.

In a few weeks, I may not have my hospice job. I work for a hospital that will eventually mandate the COVID-19 vaccines. I heard from nurses that doctors are not allowing medical exemptions. So, I’m out! I plan to go back to my old job working for a wellness center or find a different job.

I also want to take at least one month off of work. I want to dive deeper into my spirituality and travel. I need to take this opportunity because it may never come around again.

I had one hospice patient that told me to travel and explore now. He said the body breaks down with old age. He said not to wait until retirement – the future is unknown, and life may be cut short.

I am thankful for change because I can let myself be who I am. I am finding out who is truly a friend and who is not. Also, I know which relatives are supportive and which ones are not. There are two sides to the coin. I need to be a good friend and support the people in my life too.

I take nothing for granted. There are so many possibilities! It’s like there’s a Pandora’s box inside me waiting to open up! Am I brave enough to look inside?

Reiki Vision II

Updated on 9/28/2021.

Here is the link to Reiki Vision I: https://tunnelvision8.com/2021/05/16/reiki-vision/

Here is an older blog post on Flat Earth vs Globe Earth: https://tunnelvision8.com/2016/11/30/flat-earth-vs-globe-earth/

I hope you have an open mind. This discloser will change your life forever.

I attended Echo Bodine’s Aurapalooza in Minneapolis in May 2021. Aurapalooza is an all-day psychic and healing fair. I had a 50-minute Reiki session with one of the practitioners, and toward the end of the session, I received a vision. Now, a few months later, I’m connecting the dots.

The vision formed quickly, and I understood the meaning instantly. In my mind, I saw a three-dimensional triangle (pyramid) formed from my heart chakra to my third-eye chakra and then out in front of me. The apex (tip) pointed outward in front of me. The next vision was the pyramid on the dollar bill.

The “eye” reveals the truth.

The message that I received is that you need to connect your heart chakra and third-eye chakra to “see the truth.” But then I realized that if I move the “H” of HEART, I get EARTH. So, it’s a message about the Earth and the eye.

The bottom of the pyramid is a “diamond” shape.
As above, so below. The “eye” of truth.
We are part of Mother Earth. The eye “disk” is the clue.

Reiki Vision I

I attended Echo Bodine’s Aurapalooza in Minneapolis. It’s an all-day psychic and healing fair. I had a 50-minute Reiki session with one of the practitioners, and toward the end of the session, I received a vision. I wasn’t expecting a vision because I was putting all my energy into letting go and clearing my mind.

The basic meaning that I received is that you need to connect your heart chakra and third-eye chakra to spiritually “to see the truth.” If there is one truth that I know, it’s the chakra system. My vision is fascinating to me because I’ve been working with my heart chakra and my third-eye chakra. I just never thought to combine them.

I know that I will receive more information as I digest the images and message. I think there is a deeper message – like going down the “rabbit hole.” I think it connects with sacred geometry too.

Pyramids are physical landmarks on the Earth, but how are they related to the human being?

I hope you work with your heart chakra and third-eye chakra to receive some messages. One way to work with your chakras is during meditation. You can visualize connecting the two chakras (see energy, colors, shapes, etc.). You might experience some feelings too.

As a human race, we are going through some interesting and challenging times. When we connect spiritually, we understand that we are more than human – we are divine. As divine beings, we need to continue to show love and kindness. Intelligence + Kindness = Wisdom

Bring out the BEST in Yourself!

Feel your power! Never give up!

Update 9/23/2021.

The issues of today are challenging me in new ways. There is so much going on! Many parts of myself are being activated – like a new awareness of the world and potential creativity. And yet, I have mixed feelings of uncertainty and hope. Change can be exciting and scary!

One thing that I do know is that I am an eternal being. I will leave this ordinary reality at some point. But while I am here, I plan to live with wisdom in my heart and mind. Remember everything is impermeant.

If you are alive today, you have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives around you. Show people how much you love them and forgive them – even if they don’t show you their love or forgiveness. For example, last weekend, I went out to lunch with my aunt and other family members. I haven’t seen my aunt in over three years. I gave my aunt a big hug and told her that I loved her. However, she did not say that she loved me back. That stung – hurt my heart. But, during lunch, I remained calm and happy toward her.

I’m not sure why my aunt did not express her love toward me. Was it my vaccination status? Or because I am Buddhist? Toward the end of lunch, my aunt asked me if I was a Christian. At first, I wasn’t sure what to say. But then I reassured her that I was a Christian. I consider myself a Catholic-Buddhist. I will always have my roots in Christianity. My response appeared to make her happy – so that makes me happy.

I still love my aunt whether she tells me she loves me or not. However, I cannot deny the human part of me that still is sensitive to words. Words are powerful and carry an energetic charge.

Also, I am not going to change myself for my aunt or anyone else. My intention for the lunch gathering was to have a pleasant time. I didn’t want to get into a debate about religion.

Right now, we need to bring out the best in ourselves! It’s going to be challenging with everything that is going on. But we can do it!

If you don’t know that you can be a new person, you will continue dragging your old self-image into the brave new world. You will be outrun and pronounced redundant, unable to make a contribution to the inexorable advance of evolution on our planet. – Vilayat Inayat Khan

I’m sending you lots and lots of love.

Reduce Anxiety with Breathing Techniques

Yesterday, I went walking with a friend of mine. We both noticed that we had an increase in anxiety. The world continues to change right before our eyes. It’s easy to feel worried and anxious.

We must remember that things can change quickly, and they can change for the betterment of humanity. My friend and I reminded each other to stay positive. My friend, Roxanne, said, “God always wins.”

Remember, emotions carry an energy charge. Emotions of fear and anxiety are lower vibrations, and emotions of peace and gratitude are higher vibrations.

Deep breathing is proven to calm the nervous system. According to Dr. Henry Emmons, “Breathing is integral to our lives, and conscious breathing – breathing done with awareness – can be a terrific way of altering our mood, overcoming depression, anxiety, and sleeplessness. Proper breathing helps to integrate our body, mind, and spirit. It’s also crucial to our brain chemistry.” Here are two breathing techniques to try:

The Calming Breath Technique, by Dr. Emmons from his book, “The Chemistry of Joy,” can help when you feel anxious.

  1. Slowly breathe in through your nose.
  2. Hold your breath for a few seconds.
  3. Breathe out even more slowly through your mouth. Try to make your exhalation take longer than your inhalation. You may structure your breathing, if you like, by counting to four as you breathe in, to two as you hold the breath, and to seven as you breathe out. Make an audible sigh with your out-breath.

If you practice yoga and pranayama, you can follow the Sudarshan Kriya Pranayama Count (see below). If you need more information about the technique, check out https://www.stylecraze.com/articles/sudarshan-kriya-steps-and-benefits/ and https://www.artofliving.org/in-en/what-sudarshan-kriya

Be a Lighthouse

Hope is the glimpse of the possible in an impossible world.

When ships cannot see the shore because of bad weather or fog, they look for a light from a lighthouse. This light will guide them to safety. We can be like a lighthouse, shining our light. We can help people feel less scared and give them hope.

A few weeks ago, I was at an assisted living facility providing hospice massage therapy for a patient. After the visit, I took the elevator down to the first floor. In the elevator was a small man in his eighties. He looked up at me and mumbled something. I didn’t understand him. I asked him to repeat what he said. Then he said that he doesn’t want to live anymore with tears in his eyes. He said he doesn’t want to live in this kind of world. I took his hand and walked out of the elevator with him. After walking a few feet, I held my hand to his heart, and I said, “Be strong in here and pray every day.” He agreed to pray every day. The man continued to tell me his frustrations. I listened as I stayed in the present moment.

I looked for someone to help the man. I looked in the office for a nurse or director, but no one was there. I wish I could have spent more time talking with this sad man. However, I tried to give him hope. I know that he saw me in scrubs, so he knew I was a hospital worker. Maybe he felt safe telling me his feelings. Or perhaps he could feel my loving energy.

After that brief encounter, I sat in my car. I felt tears stinging my eyes. I felt sad for a few moments. I connected with this man’s grief, and I felt the world’s grief. I was open to the experience. Pema Chodron says, “The peace that we are looking for is not peace that crumbles as soon as there is difficulty or chaos. Whether we’re seeking inner peace or global peace or a combination of the two, the way to experience it is to build on the foundation of unconditional openness to all that arises.” We can be open to the experience with a wise and compassionate response.

Last week, I went to see the same patient. When I left his room, the man who was so sad was standing near the elevator – like he was waiting for me. I asked him, “How are you feeling?” He said, with a smile, that he was feeling much better. I was so thankful.

I was like a lighthouse – bravely shining my light. You, too, can shine your light. The people around you will feel your love, your bravery, and your guidance.

Impossible = I’m possible. Namaste, world.

Mind Control Discussion Panel

I just got back from attending the Traveling Shamans Camp in Colorado. Traveling Shamans Camp is an annual festival for traveling shamans, visionary artists, healers, and wisdom teachers. I want to share the collective thoughts on mind control and how we can free our minds.

Mind control starts in childhood. Our parents, family members, teachers, and society tell us what to think, feel, say, and do. It’s a lot like training animals with rewards and punishments. Early traumas or wounds keep us locked in fear. The more traumas that we have, the more we are prone to mind control. We can heal our traumas by reliving the trauma (in a safe way). We have to face things to initiate transformation.

Mind control is part of the colonized mind. Colonialism is a practice of domination or governing influence of a nation over a dependent country, territory, or people. We can see this practice of domination repeat through the centuries – showing the immaturity of the human race.

Right now, the world is using colonialism with lockdowns and mandates. In this century, the elites will enjoy even more control with technology as their ploy. It seems like a scary time – but remember to let love guide you.

We need to unplug from the television (tell-a-vision). Television is a “program.” Examine your own beliefs vs. society’s beliefs. Find acceptance among diversity and see the strength of common strands in the community.

How can we free our minds? We need to focus on the soul level, the roots. When we examine the unconscious and subconscious mind, we understand the shamanic way. We are divine, and we can make loving choices. Conscience = Common-Sense Knowledge

If you know yourself, then you are not blind to ignorance. You can see clearly. Right now, everyone must open their eyes. It is not a time to sleepwalk.

If we can’t think for ourselves, if we’re unwilling to question authority, then we’re just putty in the hands of those in power. But if the citizens are educated and form their own opinions, then those in power work for us. In every country, we should be teaching our children the scientific method and the reasons for a Bill of Rights. With it comes a certain decency, humility and community spirit. In the demon-haunted world that we inhabit by virtue of being human, this may be all that stands between us and the enveloping darkness. – Carl Sagon

We can think for ourselves and free our minds through meditation. The breath is our #1 medicine. When we have too many thoughts, we can focus on our breath to bring us back to the present moment. Singing and praying can also stop negative thoughts and mind control.

It’s important to be your raw, authentic self. We are in a unique time where the world is cracking open like an earthquake. The illusion is dissolving. Soon we will see our divine blueprint.

Your thoughts are powerful. Be aware of your inner thoughts. Ask yourself, “Are these limited thoughts or growth thoughts?” Think expansive thoughts that include a vision for yourself, your family, and the world.
