Listen to Your Intuition

Open Your Third Eye

Someone who wrote in the Facebook comments made a good point. The person said, “The reason people are not making good decisions is that they are not listening to their intuition (or gut feeling).” If you feel resistance to something, that’s a warning sign. If you feel unsure about something, that’s a warning sign. So many people override their intuition because of societal pressure or because they trust outside influences.

The good news is that you can start today, in the present moment, to listen to your intuition. You are okay – no matter where you are in your life. Take a deep breath! You can become more intuitive.

Paramahansa Yogananda says, “Faith, or the intuitive experience of all truth, is present in the soul.” Human beings can tap into this intuitive experience – it’s gifted to us as divine beings. One way to explore your intuition is to learn more about your third eye Chakra.

Lynn Robinson says in her book Divine Intuition, “Make decisions from the standpoint of joy.” She gives five simple ideas that include a focus on gratitude, be kind, do what you love, meditate and pray, and ask yourself, “What am I learning from this?”

Robinson continues to say that you can receive intuitive messages from images and symbolic pictures, your inner voice, emotions or gut feeling, physical sensations, epiphanies (sudden realizations), and dreams.

When you are intuitive, you are brave. Your inner voice or gut feeling may be telling you something different than the world around you. It takes courage to live your life on your own terms.

Listening to your intuition cultivates a strong heart. A strong heart = no fear.

What is Truth? A difficult question; but I have solved it for myself by saying that it is what the "voice within" tells you. - Mahatma Gandhi

America, The Dream Goes On – by John Williams

AMERICA, THE DREAM GOES ON

There's a song in the dust of a country road on a wind that comes to call. And it sings in the farms and the factory towns and where you'd think there's be no song at all.

And the words are the words that a father's heard as they whistle down the years. And the name of the song is the name of the dream that is music to our ears. America, America, and the dream does on.

And the words that we read on the courthouse walls are the words that make us free. And the more we remember the way we began the closer we get to the best we can be.

If ever there was a time that we forget its worth, all the struggles, and scars. If we leave to the children a sky full of hope and a flag filled with stars.

There's a song in the dust of a country road. It's a song we must recall. And it sings in the songs of the farms and the factory towns and where you'd think there'd be no song at all.

And the words are the words that a father's heard as they whistle down the years. And the name of the song is the name of the dream that is music to our ears. America, America, and the dream goes on.

The voices are changing the songs they sing and it sings from sea to sea. And as long as the music is strong and clear we know that tomorrow we'll always be free.

America, America, and the dream goes on.
America, America.
And the dream goes on.

What is your Dream?

The following is a commentary from the movie, “Healing the Luminous Body: The Way of the Shaman.” The movie can be seen on Amazon (rent or buy).

We are born in this lifetime – along with the conditions, social rules, and culture. However, we need to break out of the cultural trance. We are luminous, eternal beings who live in the matrix or dream world. Alberto Villoldo, a psychologist and shaman, says, “We dream the world into being.”

All of us need to dream a dream of healing, beauty, and peace. We need to create a sacred, safe world. We cannot survive physically, emotionally, or spiritually if we do not feel safe. Our rainbow body (our Chakras) must be balanced to fully feel alive.

We must learn to work with the healing energy – it is then that we touch infinity and transformation. We need to open up like tuning forks and allow ourselves to vibrate with love and compassion.

Right now, we are bombarded by messages about what is going on in the world. We need to be informed, but we must not let it dominate our lives. As soon as we react to what is going on, we lose our higher consciousness.

If we are going to evolve as eternal beings, we must participate in our evolution by envisioning a future healed state of the earth. We can use destiny retrieval to travel into the future and heal what must be healed – tapping into quantum physics. This “seeing” is part of the renewed, human consciousness.

May we be blessed on our journeys. May we be the healers and the teachers that we so desperately need right now. May we have strong hearts.

Stay Strong

Stay strong in your beliefs. The media thinks it can tell you what you can do and what you can’t do. Do not listen. The media rarely tells the truth. It is best not to watch, read, or listen to anything the media has to say. Protect your mind and do not fill your mind with garbage. Limit your time on the Internet. Think for yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you what to think.

I never thought, in my life, I would write about a pandemic and human rights and freedoms. It’s so easy to feel scared. However, we can not be afraid – that’s exactly what the media wants (and the people behind the media).

There are several things you can do to stay strong. First, remember you are an eternal human being. Call on God or your teacher (Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu, etc.) to guide and protect you. Second, create a strong mind and a strong heart through meditation. You can train your mind to be calm and peaceful like a mountain lake. Let nothing shake you. And, third, you can stay strong by surrounding yourself with positive, like-minded people.

Remember there are lightworkers all over the world helping humanity.

Here is a centering visualization by Henry Fersko-Weiss:

For this visualization, sit with your eyes closed, so you can move more easily into your imagination. Start with a minute or two of breath meditation, then call up the image of a still pool of water – perhaps in a forest or near a mountain. Then visualize sitting at the edge of the water watching the surface. A frog jumps in the water, creating ripples that move outward in all directions from the plop of where it entered the water. Continue to watch the surface of the water, as the ripples slowly dissipate until the pool is completely still again. You, also, gradually become that stillness. Then, when you are ready, open your eyes and carry that stillness and the receptivity of the pool in your mind.
