Gaia & Noosphere

After reading several ancient texts, the message is clear: We must return to nature. However, we must understand nature in a new way. The ancient masters tell us that we must see everything as energy. The trees, flowers, mountains, and animals are pure energy – just like us. Once we have a higher consciousness, we can “see” nature differently.

For this we need to evolve the intuitive level of the brain, to overcome our alienation from nature, and live in harmony with the Earth. – Joseph Chilton Pearce

The noosphere combines the mind and the biosphere. The combination creates creativity. Pierre Teilhard de Chardin writes about human evolution, but not biologically. He is referring to higher states of consciousness, spirituality, and energy. Unfortunately, modern technology (ancient technologies are okay) and AI are pulling us away from nature – so this is not the path to enlightenment.

The path to enlightenment is through Gaia. The Gayatri mantra is known as the “Mother of the Vedas.” The hidden knowledge is that the only way to enlightenment is through the physical world. So, now we understand how precious we are as human beings. Many distractions take us away from our spiritual growth on Earth. We must be aware of these distractions and put sincere effort into our spiritual practices.

The biosphere has energy called aether (or ether). It is considered the fifth element and has electrical energy (free energy). We can reach the aether atop a mountain. Again, this is nature – something we need to reconnect with. We can train our senses to become tuned to these higher frequencies. The ancients talked about using our senses – our gifts as human beings.

As Pierre Teilhard de Chardin writes, the new human is intuitive, connected to the senses, works with the chakras in the body, meditates, and is united with all life. Most ancient texts talk about oneness and reducing “selfishness.”

Meditation is a spiritual practice that can help us reach enlightenment in this lifetime. With meditation, we learn to live in the present moment, connect with our senses, and become mindful of the breath (the wind within us). We are the elements.

Our ancient ancestors connected with the moon, sun, and stars (astrology). Looking up is powerful and lifts us toward heaven. Just think about what we do when we look at our phone – we look down. The enlightened human looks up at the sky. We lift our heads to honor the cycles of life.

The moon and the sun are guiding forces in nature. They are the yin and yang of life. Many ancient texts talk about solar connections, like the solar plexus in the human body. Many Eastern spiritual practices, like Qigong, work with solar energy. Also, the moon connects with the subconscious mind – our dreams and deepest thoughts. The full moon invites us to go deeper.

We must return to nature with a new consciousness. Many think that the ancient ancestors were primitive and innocent. However, they had sophisticated mathematics and sacred geometry. Everything is cyclic. We are part of ancient wisdom.

Namaste.

Healing Yin & Yang

Sacred Geometry: Interlocked rings and the Chakras

Today during my meditation practice, I received a message about yin, yang, and the chakras. I saw an image, and I knew the meaning right away (see the picture above). We can heal our yin (feminine energy) and yang (masculine energy) by working with the chakras.

The two interlocked rings symbolize unity. The hole in the center of the ring is a gateway or a door. The left side (yin) is earth, and the right side (yang) is heaven.

According to Wikipedia, the vesica piscis is a mathematical shape formed by the intersection of two disks with the same radius, intersecting at the center of each disk lies on the perimeter of the other.

The vesica piscis (intersecting disks) create the Flower of Life – which holds the most significant and sacred patterns of the Universe. It depicts how all life comes from one singular source (the Origin/Shakti).

The Flower of Life

There’s a lot of symbolism, but I want to focus on the chakras. Here are the healing chakras (energy systems):

1st Chakra (Red/Root) – Heal your tribal beliefs (family, culture, society, etc.). What are your unconscious drivers? Reconnect with your family. Heal your deep roots, and work with your fears.

2nd Chakra (Orange/Sacral) – Heal your relationship with your significant other or partner. Relationships are like a garden. What do you want to plant and tend to?

3rd Chakra (Yellow/Solar Plexus) – Heal yourself. Be secure inside. Know your personal power. How do you nurture yourself?

4th Chakra (Green/Heart) – Heal the love in your heart. Give and receive love. If you spell “LOVE” backward, it spells “EVOL” – like EVOLVE. We must evolve to our true nature which is a compassionate being. True compassion is manifested through the heart.

5th Chakra (Blue/Throat) – Heal your power. You are a manifesting machine. Be a person of conscious power.

6th Chakra (Violet/Third Eye) – Heal your beliefs about yourself and the world. Beliefs create reality. How do you see the world? Change unconscious beliefs to conscious choices.

7th Chakra (Purple/Crown) – Heal your connection to the Divine/spirit world. See the world in energetic terms. Live mindfully.

The Flower of Life with the Seven Chakras

May all living beings be well, happy, skillful, and peaceful. Namaste.

Treasure Chest

There will be a worldwide disclosure coming soon. I can feel it. What can we do to prepare? First of all, we must not be afraid. Go inward to find strength and courage. The ancient texts tell us that we have a powerful mind, so we need to find ways to train our minds to tap into that power.

We also have a treasure within us – The Chakras. Why is it called “Treasure Chest?” Inside the human chest is the heart.

Our Treasure – The Heart Chakra

You are a powerful being. Nothing can take that away. Use your time wisely – train your mind through meditation, work with your chakras, and help other people.

We are ready to face anything! We are born in this lifetime to see the “Great Awakening.” Let’s count our blessings!

Here are seven quotes about treasure:

Wherever your treasure is, there your heart and thoughts will be also be. - Luke 12:34

If your profits are in heaven, your heart will be there too. - Matthew 6:21

The cave you enter holds the treasure you seek. - Joseph Campbell

Knowledge is a treasure, but practice is the key to it. - Lao Tzu

If you come here, you will find a hidden treasure. - Paulo Coelho

The greatest treasures are those invisible to the eye but found by the heart. - Judy Garland

Your heart will challenge you, but also reward you beyond your wildest dreams. - Stefan Emunds

My Retreat Experience in Sedona (with Tao Principles)

Sedona Mago Retreat Center’s Sacred Land

I just finished a meditation retreat at Sedona Mago Retreat Center in Arizona. It was an amazing experience. About four years ago, my friends and I took a tour of Sedona Mago Retreat. After the tour, I promised myself that I would return one day. I’m so grateful to experience the retreat center.

Before I went to Sedona Mago Retreat Center, I went to Bell Rock. I wanted to climb Bell Rock and feel the energy of the vortex. When I was there four years ago, my friend and I didn’t climb very far up the mountain, so I was open to climbing higher.

I met another climber, Marvin, and I asked him if I could join him to climb up Bell Rock. I felt more empowered to climb with another human being. We encouraged each other when the climbing became difficult. Several times, I didn’t know if I could climb higher. The rocks were steep and slippery. We made it very close to the top – because it’s impossible to climb up the columns unless you have climbing equipment.

I am proud of myself for climbing Bell Rock. After our climb, we sat quietly and meditated. I could feel the spirits in the powerful wind. I even saw a vision of a Native American man standing behind my new friend, Marvin.

Bell Rock, Sedona, Arizona

After climbing Bell Rock, I went to the retreat center. My goal for the retreat was to go deeper within myself and rejuvenate my soul. I also wanted to learn more about Taoism.

My most favorite experience during the retreat was the sun meditation. As a group, we gathered each morning at 5:00 AM to greet the sun. We did Qigong exercises as we waited for the sun. Then as the sun peeked over the mountain, we held three Qigong poses to open the Chakras (third eye, heart, and solar plexus). On the last sun meditation for the weekend, I received a special gift from the sun. As I closed my eyes and held the Qigong pose for the heart Chakra, I told the sun, “I love you, Sun. You know I love you!” Then in front of my eyes, I saw a pink heart shining toward me.

Sun Meditation

The sun reminds us of our bright consciousness. We can live in pure joy – just like the sun. When we are joyful, our faces shine bright.

The Sedona Mago Retreat center is based on Taoism. Tao originated 3,000 years ago in China. The main goals of Tao are self-awakening and freedom. We can learn to be present and free from the past and the future – which are illusions. When we have zero consciousness, then we obtain selflessness, freedom from attachments, master over our emotions, and free from the concept of “me.”

If we can have nonattachment, then we can awaken to our true identity – which is limitless. When we connect to the source of life (cosmic law), we see our true purpose. Clarity and creativity come from the cosmic mind (from inside).

The Native American people believe our spiritual parents are Heavenly Father and Mother Earth. Nature, Earth, and the Universe co-exist in harmony. It only humans who have disharmony.

All human beings want health, happiness, and peace. We need to recover our true value. When we see that we are beautiful and creative beings, our self-confidence and compassion increase. Compassion is our unattached love and our true nature.

We need to travel inside to see our potential. We can create our dream – for ourselves and the world. We need to let go of the old consciousness of separateness and create a new consciousness of enlightenment and oneness.

A clear goal is needed to obtain our dreams. We have a choice, we can either wander or travel. If we travel, then we need to focus. If we have no destination, then our brains do not work. However, if we work with the divine intelligence in our brains, then we become aware and are on the path to finding our true purpose in life.

What is your wish?

There is a treasure inside every human being which is the Chakras (energy vortexes). They are unchanging and can be utilized for a better life. The Chakras form a pyramid in the human energy system (6th sense). Energy is the universal language. It is crucial to unify and integrate all the Chakras. See the world in energetic terms.

The main Chakra to focus on is the solar plexus Chakra. According to Taoism, we have energy inside us like the sun. It’s important to awaken this energy center. Many Qigong exercises can help us awaken our solar plexus.

In Taoism, the Chakra’s are grouped into three energy centers:

  • Lower Chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) – They support the physical body and improve health and immunity.
  • Middle Chakras (heart and throat) – This is where our true nature resides and our soul’s growth.
  • Upper Chakras (third eye and crown) – This is where we obtain enlightenment and spiritual completion.

We can use the Chakras and our brains to manage our lives. Taoism has three brain management rules:

  • Self Confidence – Set the goal and then achieve it. Wake up your brain and pay attention to divine intelligence.
  • Good news makes a good brain – Tell your brain good news: You are brave, bright, strong, and wise. Your brain will accept the message (no judgment). You have a super brain.
  • If you choose it, it will happen – Go until it happens. Keep going. Don’t give up.

The retreat ended with a vision of hope for humanity and the Earth. As Earth citizens, we can reconnect to our original divinity. We can connect by returning to nature and understanding our relationship with Heaven and Earth.

Namaste, world.

Mind your Mind

It is time to train your mind. You can control your thoughts! Rein your thoughts like a rider reins a horse. Also, become aware of how your environment affects your thoughts. You need to be careful of what you let into your consciousness, especially from technology/media, books, and other people. Remember where thoughts go, energy flows.

As you train your mind, connect with higher vibrations of love and intuition. It’s not always easy – it takes practice. The best way to train your mind is through daily meditation. Singing or reciting mantras can also help to train the mind. The word “mantra” is from Sanskrit and contains two words. “Man” or “manas,” which means “mind” and the suffix “tra,” which means “tool.” Translations of this mantra are “instrument of thought” and “I am that I am.”

Here is a video of the seven chakra mantras to help balance the energy in your body and mind:
