Moon Time Magic

Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.
-The Buddha

A few nights ago, I received a message. The Spirit World wants me to teach people about the power of the subconscious mind. I know that if we want to make change in the world, we need to heal our individual and collective thoughts.

Remember thoughts are things. Thoughts are forms of energy. Therefore, you must become aware of your thoughts. Are your thoughts positive or negative? Do you think of the same things over and over? Are your thoughts judgmental of yourself and others?

I want to teach you a simple method of using your thoughts to help you develop into the person you want to be. I’m calling this method, “Moon Time Magic.”

It’s a simple technique. At night before you go to sleep, tell your subconscious mind all the things you want to manifest. If you wake up during the night, use that special moon time to work with your subconscious mind.

For example, before I go to sleep, I say (in my mind): Tell my subconscious mind that I am brilliant. I am an excellent massage therapist. I am skillful and inspiring writer. I have a wonderful relationship with my husband. I meditate every day. I will have the most amazing and safe trip in Thailand.

Then you can repeat the sentences several times until you fall asleep or focus on your breath. A lot of people wish upon a star. But the real secret is to wish upon the moon. The moon is magic.

When You Wish Upon the Moon

When you wish upon the moon
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you

If your heart is in your dream
No request is too extreme
When you wish upon the moon
Like dreamers do

Fate is kind
She brings to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of
Their secret longing

Like a bolt out of the blue
Fate steps in and pulls you through
When you wish upon the moon
Your dream comes true

Like a bolt out of the blue
Fate steps in and pulls you through
When you wish upon the moon
Your dreams come true

Everything’s Figureoutable

About two months ago, my right ear started hurting. I thought I had an ear infection. So, I went to a minute clinic to check on my ear. At the clinic, I discovered my blood pressure was high, and I didn’t have an ear infection. The nurse practitioner said I should go to urgent care right away. But instead, I went to my regular clinic the following day.

My mom has high blood pressure – so it could be hereditary. Also, I am getting older too. I did not take the Covid-19 vaccines (unvaccinated), so I know it’s unrelated. The doctor did some labs, and everything looks great. So, I now need to take my blood pressure twice a week and then report it to my doctor after a few weeks.

I am a health-conscious person, so I get worried about my health. So, I’m trying to manage my blood pressure by taking herbs and CBD oil, practicing deep breathing, exercising, and doing more gentle yoga. I’m also trying to reduce stress in my life.

I know everything’s figureoutable. I noticed that I’m more present in my body and mind when facing challenges. I want to figure out how to solve my problems.

When we have health issues, it’s an opportunity to explore more about ourselves. We can grow and learn through our challenges. Some things can be scary – no doubt. It can turn your life upside down if you’re not feeling well.

But when we look at the bigger picture – it calls us to re-examine our lifestyle. Everything’s figureoutable. We can become closer to God (or our higher consciousness). I know when I’m sick, I pray more. It calls us to go inward and focus on our spirituality.

Thankfully, my ear no longer hurts. And I’m on the road to healing my heart and getting back to a healthy blood pressure.

Point Vierge

What is the point of vierge? It’s going into the center of the “eye.” It’s no coincidence that “I” is also your “eye.” Just like the compass needle points to magnetic North (OM). You also have a magnetic “North” called the third eye.

What is a third eye? It is a gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness.

Human being always wants to seek outside themselves. Therefore, we are encouraged to be stimulated by our surroundings. However, the point vierge is the combination of the third eye chakra and heart chakra.

Last night, I lay awake thinking about humanity and the world. I realize how much injustice there is in the world.

Humans and the Earth are the center of the Universe – this is a massive secret that Illuminati and those in control are keeping from us. As citizens of the Earth, we deserve the truth!

Humans have more power and imagination. We are becoming more aware of our power.

Therefore, I am grateful to you. My heart reaches out to you to let you know that you are beyond extraordinary.

Manifesting Machine

“Everything to be imagined is an image of truth.” – William Blake

The human being is a manifesting machine. We can tap into the powers of our belief system, intuition, and our imagination.

There remains a vast untapped area of the neocortex associated with intuition that we can develop to extend our mental functioning. This area of the brain holds the wisdom of the millenia, the dreams of tomorrow. – Jean Houston

I wish I had known I was a manifesting machine in my twenties and thirties. But then, I was distracted by many things: college, work, and family.

However, now I understand imagination a little better. The human mind is like a multi-universe. When we imagine something, the mind thinks it is real. For example, if I imagine that I am eating an apple, certain areas of my brain will light up. However, if I eat a real apple with my physical body, the same lights in my brain will light up – just like the imagined one.

One of the biggest secrets is the power of the imagination. However, the dark force of the world wants to keep humans distracted from using their imaginations. They don’t want people to create new things (especially if it changes the paradigm).

The dark force wants to control humans and limit their thinking. The two biggest distractions are the false-money-dependent reality and the Internet.

Money is a human creation. As citizens of the Earth, we should never pay for anything. Our fellow creatures and animals get to live off the land – just like it was meant for us too.

The Internet distracts us. Also, virtual reality (VR) will take us away from our natural state of being. We don’t need the Internet to imagine for us – we have our own brilliant imaginations.

We can sharpen our imagination by exploring the arts (painting, writing, music, crafts, etc.), working with dreams, utilizing visualization, tapping into energy work, and practicing meditation.

Another way to increase our imagination and manifest what we want is to daydream. When we daydream, we create space in our minds. But instead, many people go on the Internet or use busyness as a distraction.

Our imagination helps us grow spiritually and intuitively. When we use into our imagination, we can create new things, solve problems, and connect with the Spirit World.

The other area of manifesting is our belief systems. Our belief systems hold a lot of power because what you believe creates your reality. The mind is your servant. For example, if you believe you are smart, your mind will create that reality.

Many religions around the world know the power of belief. They know that if you believe in what they say, they could have power over you. Therefore, be careful what you believe.

Another concept is that we will follow what we believe after we die. Our belief systems will carry on after we leave the physical body. So, that concept demonstrates the stronghold of beliefs in human beings.

We are here on the Earth to heal and awaken to higher consciousness. There are many obstacles to overcome. However, if we practice the three gems of life (love, forgiveness, and gratitude), we will make good progress. Also, follow your heart and intuition.

Remember, when you connect with your imagination, you will expand your reality and become the person you always dreamed of being.

The World needs a Mother

Painting by Saint Hildegard of Bingen

When I was a child, I loved my statue of Mother Mary. When I received the statue of Mother Mary on my first communion, I was almost in tears. From an early age, I needed to connect with the feminine aspects of Christianity.

Every Sunday, my family would go to church. I saw the Father (the priest) but no Mother. The church has been out of balance for hundreds of years because they will not allow women to be priests.

When I was a child, I wrote letters to God. And then, each week, I would go to the empty church and hide my letters in the hymn books or behind pictures.

As an angry teenager, I searched the Bible for passages about women. To my dismay, the Bible has a negative view of women, and there are only a few passages. Therefore, reading the Bible only brought more frustration and disconnection from God.

Now, so many years later, I am putting the puzzle together. There are many missing pieces in the Bible. But now, with a new consciousness, I can see the feminine in the Bible and the Catholic Church.

The world desperately needs a Mother. Every human being on this planet has a mother and a father. The spiritual world has yin and yang. Hinduism has Sakti and Siva. And the Bible has Adam and Eve. We also have Christ (consciousness) and Sophia (wisdom).

It is time to bring back the Divine Feminine to her rightful place in the world as a Goddess. The Godhead is Mother and Father – just like on Earth.

There’s a lot of feminine symbolism in the Bible and the Catholic Church. I wish I had realized the symbology earlier in my life.

There is feminism in the symbolism in the cross, on the altar, statues, artwork, and in the Bible. I find it everywhere when I look at the Catholic Church. So, why is Divine Feminine hidden in Christianity? Why is the Gospel of Mary Magdalene not taught?

The simple explanation is the Catholic Church wants to have power and control over women.

In this blog post, I will discuss the cross. According to Bede Griffiths (spiritual guru and monastic theologian), the word ruach is the Hebrew word for “spirit,” which is grammatically feminine. He continues to say that later the words “Holy Spirit” means Mother or Sophia.

Therefore, during the Sign of the Cross, the fingers touch the forehead (third eye chakra) for Father. And the fingers touch the solar plexus for Son, and for the Holy Spirit (Mother), the fingers touch the left and right shoulders (yin and yang).

The Sign of the Cross

The Holy Spirit is also in the Trinity. “The Holy Spirit could well be considered the feminine Person in the Trinity, the Mother, because the Spirit is a principle of receptivity and giving, of receiving love and sharing or reflecting it in an unlimited way,” Griffiths says.

According to the Gnostic Gospels (Secret Book According to St John), the triadic figure is: Father, Mother, and Son.

Griffiths says the Church represents an old woman. Someone asked Griffiths why this is so. And the answer is that she was created before all else. Griffiths said, “The world was created for her.”

The New Human

Humans are awakening up to their divinity. A new awakening is arising – just like the sun.

The new humanity will follow in the footsteps of Buddha and Jesus. “The vocation of servant leadership is a call to become as he was in the world – the new humanity, hetero pacificus – the peacemakers whom Jesus called ‘blessed’ in his catalogue of the truly happy people,” Bennett J. Sims said in his book, Servanthood: Leadership in the Third Millennium.

We must strive to become peacemakers with an enlightened mind. “This is meditation. Not taking anything for granted. I mean, we should be grateful and think how fortunate we are that we have this fascinating experience. I call it the laboratory of mind and body. But it seems that though this mind and body are so close to us, they are in many ways so very far away,” Godwin Samararatne said in his book, Discovering Meditation.

Lately, I’ve felt a touch of emptiness in my life. At first, I felt afraid of it. But then, during my meditation, I realized that when something is empty, there’s an opportunity to fill it with something new. I want to fill that space with love, peace, mindfulness, and equanimity.

“So this place of meeting our edge, of accepting the present moment and the unknown, is a very powerful place for those who wish to awaken and open their heart and mind,” a quote by Pema Chodron.

The new human understands impermanence and attachment. I am working on having less attachment in my life. In the last month or so, I’ve had a few challenges in my marriage, and I can see how much attachment I have to my husband.

Every day I remind myself to let love guide me, not fear. I am afraid of losing my husband. But, in reality, everything is impermeant – even my marriage. However, I want to learn more about my relationship with my husband, and I’m grateful that we both want to work on our marriage.

“Buddha’s doctrine: Man suffers because of his craving to possess and keep forever things which are essentially impermanent. This frustration of the desire to possess is the immediate cause of suffering,” a quote by Alan Watts.

The new human has a lot of work to do! But we can transform ourselves into hetero pacificus. To transcend into peacemakers, we need a peaceful and enlightened mind, live in the present moment, understand impermanence, and live every day with love in our hearts.

Love Yourself

I am broken but not divided. – Sr. Lucy Bruskiewicz

About fifteen years ago, when I was going through my divorce, I felt lonely and depressed. I remember standing in my kitchen with my good friend and mentor, Sister Lucy Bruskiewicz. I told her I missed someone holding me. Sister Lucy then took my arms and put them around me – I was hugging myself. She told me to love myself.

No one is perfect. We are all broken by hardships in life – but not divided. We are together, as fellow human beings, on this journey.

I have learned through the years to reach out to my friends during troubling times. I am so grateful to have friends that I can call any time.

When I feel anxiety, I remind myself to stay in the present moment. When I let my imagination drift into the future, I feel scared and unbalanced. I know that one of the secrets of life is to be mindful of the present moment.

Here is a mantra to help you love yourself:

(83) OM SO HUM | Choir Version | 1008 Times – YouTube

As you sing “OM SO” – focus on your heart.

As you sing “HUM” – focus on your throat.

You are who you are, you are that, you are pure consciousness.

Ocean Sand

When I was in Florida, my husband and I went to New Smyrna Beach. It was cooler that day, but the ocean water was warm. I walked into the ocean – almost up to my knees. As I stood still and closed my eyes, I could feel my feet steady on the sand. But as the waves rolled back, my feet sank into the sand.

I think life is a lot like the sand – it’s always changing. When I think I’m stable, something happens in my life to create instability. I know the only way to accept this change is to embrace love and impermanence.

As a spiritual person, I think I have gained spiritual wisdom. But then, when I have a challenge in my life, I am reminded of how much work I still have to do. It’s okay to keep learning. I need a good dose of self-compassion.

The ocean is vast – and it keeps moving. I need to keep moving and growing too. I need to accept who I am – a spiritual being with ocean water running in my veins.

Today I am wet sand, and tomorrow I will be dry sand.

Trust the Universe.

Make Space for the Divine to Enter

Ganga River, Rishikesh, India

Last month, I turned 51 years old. I thought about the next 50 years of my life. What do I want to do? How do I want to change my life?

Several things have changed since December 2021. I took a freelance job. I work for a publishing company that owns three newspapers and an advertising company. I am writing a lot more!

Sometimes I record the interviews for the paper. I get to hear my voice – the quality and how I communicate. I’m learning a lot about the tone of my voice and how I project words. I realize that I need to be more mindful about what I’m about to say.

Each year I focus on one chakra. For 2022, I’m working on my throat chakra. I want to become more aware of the vibration of spoken words.

My friend and mentor, Sister Lucy Bruskiewicz, says to be silent and listen with our hearts. I wish to bring more peace into my heart and mind. I want to be quiet and listen more.

Just before I turned 51, I cut my hair short. The last time I had my hair short was when I was 17 years old. I want to go beyond physical appearances – I’m ready for that change.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about India. I was there seven years ago on a study abroad trip. I miss the Ganga river and the ashram the most. When I was there, I met Ma Tureeya, a Catholic nun. She said, “Make space for the Divine to enter.” Meditation is the way.

I meditate in the morning, but I want to add an evening practice. I plan to continue to work with the chakras (see the chart below). It is interesting to note the connection of “SHAM” with shaman.

This chakra chart is from the book, “Shifting Frequencies,” by Jonathan Goldman.

I am ready for the next 50 years of my life! I am leaving the mother phase and entering the crone phase. I am excited to dive deeper into wisdom!

Namaste world.
