Healing Yin & Yang

Sacred Geometry: Interlocked rings and the Chakras

Today during my meditation practice, I received a message about yin, yang, and the chakras. I saw an image, and I knew the meaning right away (see the picture above). We can heal our yin (feminine energy) and yang (masculine energy) by working with the chakras.

The two interlocked rings symbolize unity. The hole in the center of the ring is a gateway or a door. The left side (yin) is earth, and the right side (yang) is heaven.

According to Wikipedia, the vesica piscis is a mathematical shape formed by the intersection of two disks with the same radius, intersecting at the center of each disk lies on the perimeter of the other.

The vesica piscis (intersecting disks) create the Flower of Life – which holds the most significant and sacred patterns of the Universe. It depicts how all life comes from one singular source (the Origin/Shakti).

The Flower of Life

There’s a lot of symbolism, but I want to focus on the chakras. Here are the healing chakras (energy systems):

1st Chakra (Red/Root) – Heal your tribal beliefs (family, culture, society, etc.). What are your unconscious drivers? Reconnect with your family. Heal your deep roots, and work with your fears.

2nd Chakra (Orange/Sacral) – Heal your relationship with your significant other or partner. Relationships are like a garden. What do you want to plant and tend to?

3rd Chakra (Yellow/Solar Plexus) – Heal yourself. Be secure inside. Know your personal power. How do you nurture yourself?

4th Chakra (Green/Heart) – Heal the love in your heart. Give and receive love. If you spell “LOVE” backward, it spells “EVOL” – like EVOLVE. We must evolve to our true nature which is a compassionate being. True compassion is manifested through the heart.

5th Chakra (Blue/Throat) – Heal your power. You are a manifesting machine. Be a person of conscious power.

6th Chakra (Violet/Third Eye) – Heal your beliefs about yourself and the world. Beliefs create reality. How do you see the world? Change unconscious beliefs to conscious choices.

7th Chakra (Purple/Crown) – Heal your connection to the Divine/spirit world. See the world in energetic terms. Live mindfully.

May all living beings be well, happy, skillful, and peaceful. Namaste.

Sun Temple

Sun Temple at the Mesa Verde National Park

Two nights ago (during a dream), I received a message about God. The simple message said, “God is light.” I felt at peace when I received that message. I’m still processing the meaning of the message.

The sun was also part of my dream. In my dream, I said, “I knew that the sun was special.” I remember seeing the Sun Temple at the Mesa Verde National Park in August 2021 (see the photo above). It was a very sacred and mystical place.

There’s so much to learn about the Sun Temple. According to http://www.nps.gov, modern Pueblo Indians said the Sun Temple was a ceremonial structure. The walls were originally between 11 and 14 feet high. Modern concrete covers the top of the walls to prevent moisture from going into the walls.

The Sun Temple has many geological features, which I find interesting. The Pueblo people took the time to make this ceremonial site. What did they think about the sun? How does it connect with sacred geometry or the cosmos?

In another part of my dream, I found myself in a deep hole in the Earth. I could see the light at the top. My friend Jennifer (who died two years ago) and I were almost to the top of the shaft. We had to climb up on small metal wire steps. I woke up from the dream before we reached the opening.

Dreams tap into our subconscious mind. Part of our realization is finding out who we really are. It will take time to see our brilliant souls once again – like taking a rough diamond and polishing it until it’s radiant.

Without the sun (light), there is no life on Earth. The sun is like an entity in many ways. Our ancient ancestors celebrated the sun more than we do today. Do modern humans take the sun for granted? How can we reclaim the mysteries of the sun and the moon?

Here are some examples of ancient art with the sun disk:

In ancient art, the sun disk is always near the human head. It can be referred to as a “halo.” According to the dictionary, the halo is “a disk or circle of light shown surrounding or above the head of a saint or holy person to represent holiness.” It can also mean “a circle of white or colored light around the sun, moon, or other luminous body caused by refraction through ice crystals in the atmosphere.” In both definitions, “light” is emphasized.

God is light.

Before anything else existed, there was Christ, with God. He has always been alive and is himself, God. He created everything there is - nothing exists that he didn't make. Eternal life is in him, and this life gives light to all mankind. His life is the light that shines through the darkness - and the darkness can never extinguish it. - John 1:5

Namaste world.

Reiki Vision I

I attended Echo Bodine’s Aurapalooza in Minneapolis. It’s an all-day psychic and healing fair. I had a 50-minute Reiki session with one of the practitioners, and toward the end of the session, I received a vision. I wasn’t expecting a vision because I was putting all my energy into letting go and clearing my mind.

The vision formed quickly, and I understood the meaning instantly. In my mind, I saw a three-dimensional triangle (pyramid) formed from my heart chakra to my third-eye chakra and then out in front of me. The apex (tip) pointed outward in front of me. The next vision was the pyramid on the dollar bill.

The basic meaning that I received is that you need to connect your heart chakra and third-eye chakra to spiritually “to see the truth.” If there is one truth that I know, it’s the chakra system. My vision is fascinating to me because I’ve been working with my heart chakra and my third-eye chakra. I just never thought to combine them.

I know that I will receive more information as I digest the images and message. I think there is a deeper message – like going down the “rabbit hole.” I think it connects with sacred geometry too.

Pyramids are physical landmarks on the Earth, but how are they related to the human being?

The bottom of the pyramid is a “diamond” shape.

I hope you work with your heart chakra and third-eye chakra to receive some messages. One way to work with your chakras is during meditation. You can visualize connecting the two chakras (see energy, colors, shapes, etc.). You might experience some feelings too.

As a human race, we are going through some interesting and challenging times. When we connect spiritually, we understand that we are more than human – we are divine. As divine beings, we need to continue to show love and kindness. Intelligence + Kindness = Wisdom

Namaste, world.
