Women & Baby Making

The birthrate is falling – not just in the US but worldwide. The main reasons cited in articles are that the cost of living has skyrocketed, healthcare is costly, and homes and rent are constantly increasing.

However, we should look at the health of women. Geeta S. Iyengar (daughter of B. K. S. Iyengar) says about women, “The wealth of a nation and the health of the future generation depend upon her physical and mental well-being.”

I am worried about the mental health of young women in this country. I don’t think women feel secure. If there is no security, women will not have children. I think young men feel the same way.

I am a big proponent of society taking care of women and children. It does take a village to raise a child. There needs to be support. Women often cannot depend on a spouse or a partner to help care for the children. Then the burden is on the woman’s shoulders – it’s just too much.

Young women today are super aware of their choices and consequences. There is no longer blind faith or peer pressure. Everything is calculated and judged. Also, the internet has opened the eyes of young women.

The internet is changing the brains of young people today. But, unfortunately, it’s adding more confusion and distraction. As a result, the simple ways of being a human are changing. For example, social interactions are changing because of computers. Many young people want to interact with their peers over social media.

If the human brain is changing, then procreation is changing too. What do we value in life? Humans may become desensitized to having children – and computers (and its applications) will be to blame.

Furthermore, many articles say that the world is overpopulated – this is BS! For example, in 2015, I spent several weeks in India. Recently, I looked at India’s official sex ratio. The records say there are 1020 females per 1000 males in 2022. I don’t believe those numbers at all! I visited four different cities in India; they have a sea of men and boys (India favors male children over female children). So, I never trust official numbers.

In the future, as human beings, we need to figure out what we want in life. Do we value human life? How can we take better care of the Earth? Do we want to integrate supercomputers and artificial intelligence into our lives?

The time is now to understand the human brain and procreation. But unfortunately, the world is in jeopardy, and the solution, this time, is not in our hands.

Behind the Shaman’s Curtain (Poem)

Behind the Shaman’s Curtain - Jan. 2023

Close your magical eyes.
Connect with dreamtime ties.
Use your vast imagination.
Stop life’s stagnation.

Go behind the Shaman’s curtain.
Seeing the truth is certain.
A new reality awaits.
Do you have what it takes?

Be strong and brave.
Meet your guide in a cave.
See the vision.
Make it a mission.

Go behind the Shaman’s curtain.
Your life is not certain.
Open your “I.”
Because soon you’ll see why.

Temple of Love

I am preparing to go on a two-week study-abroad trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand. I am reading more about Thai Yoga Massage and Thai culture. As I daydream, I think about spending time in Buddhist temples. Then I realized I don’t need to travel anywhere to be in a temple – I am a temple.

I am a temple of love. I love chanting in Sanskrit, and I love Buddha’s teachings. I love Buddha and Jesus. However, I am a Yogi and Buddhist. I can’t deny the truth within me.

No matter where I am, I live with an open heart. Also, I appreciate and honor my Buddhist Teacher, Bhante Sati. Thank you, Bhante.

The world and people may seem distant, but it is only temporary. Everything changes. We must have confidence in ourselves. Be a temple of love. A temple is a sanctuary and a place of refuge. Go within yourself to develop a strong mind and an open heart.

My trip to Thailand is a spiritual journey for me. I plan to pray, chant, and connect with the divine. It will be a retreat and training at the same time.

I love you, my dear reader. I may not know you personally, but there is a reason for our connection.

The Seven Hermetic Principles

Currently, I am working with the seven hermetic principles or truths. Most of these principles I knew intuitively. However, I wish I had been taught these truths as a child.

The first principle is the principle of mentalism. The truth is the Universe is mental. No one told me this! The mind is universal. That means that humans are mental creatures. The mind is everything!

Also, humans are psychic. So why does our world downplay the fact that we are psychic? I remember when I was nine or ten years old, walking around the playground with my two fingers at my temples. I told everyone that I could read their minds.

Knowing this information solidifies my understanding of the power of the mind. What can be imagined can be truth. Oh my! That means we are infinite beings too.

I am going down the rabbit hole, and life just keeps getting better!

The Seven Hermetic Principles (dates back to Egyptian times)

  1. The Principle of Mentalism – “THE ALL IS MIND; the universe is mental.”
  2. The Principle of Vibration – “Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.”
  3. The Principle of Correspondence – “As above, so below, so above. As within, so without, as without, so within.”
  4. The Principle of Polarity – “Everything is Dual and has poles or opposites; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree.”
  5. The Principle of Rhythm – “Everything flows, out and in; everything has tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum swing.”
  6. The Principle of Cause and Effect – “Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its cause; everything happens according to Law.”
  7. The Principle of Gender – “Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine and Feminine Principles.”

Mary Christmas

When someone asked Mother Teresa why she dedicated The Mother House of the Missionaries of Charity to Mother Mary, she said, “No Mary, no Jesus.”

Today is not just about Jesus but also about Mary. Without Mary, there would be no Christmas Story.

Luke 1:26-35

In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin who pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin's name was Mary.

The angel went to her and said, "Greeting, you are highly favored! The Lord is with you."

Mary was troubled by his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus."

I pray to our Blessed Mother Mary to bless us today and always.

Moon Time Magic

A few nights ago, I received a message. The Spirit World wants me to teach people about the power of the subconscious mind. I know that if we want to make change in the world, we need to heal our individual and collective thoughts.

Remember thoughts are things. Thoughts are forms of energy. Therefore, you must become aware of your thoughts. Are your thoughts positive or negative? Do you think of the same things over and over? Are your thoughts judgmental of yourself and others?

I want to teach you a simple method of using your thoughts to help you develop into the person you want to be. I’m calling this method, “Moon Time Magic.”

It’s a simple technique. At night before you go to sleep, tell your subconscious mind all the things you want to manifest. If you wake up during the night, use that special moon time to work with your subconscious mind.

For example, before I go to sleep, I say (in my mind): Tell my subconscious mind that I am brilliant. I am an excellent massage therapist. I am skillful and inspiring writer. I have a wonderful relationship with my husband. I meditate every day. I will have the most amazing and safe trip in Thailand.

Then you can repeat the sentences several times until you fall asleep or focus on your breath. A lot of people wish upon a star. But the real secret is to wish upon the moon. The moon is magic.

When You Wish Upon the Moon

When you wish upon the moon
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you

If your heart is in your dream
No request is too extreme
When you wish upon the moon
Like dreamers do

Fate is kind
She brings to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of
Their secret longing

Like a bolt out of the blue
Fate steps in and pulls you through
When you wish upon the moon
Your dream comes true

Like a bolt out of the blue
Fate steps in and pulls you through
When you wish upon the moon
Your dreams come true

Everything’s Figureoutable

About two months ago, my right ear started hurting. I thought I had an ear infection. So, I went to a minute clinic to check on my ear. At the clinic, I discovered my blood pressure was high, and I didn’t have an ear infection. The nurse practitioner said I should go to urgent care right away. But instead, I went to my regular clinic the following day.

My mom has high blood pressure – so it could be hereditary. Also, I am getting older too. I did not take the Covid-19 vaccines (unvaccinated), so I know it’s unrelated. The doctor did some labs, and everything looks great. So, I now need to take my blood pressure twice a week and then report it to my doctor after a few weeks.

I am a health-conscious person, so I get worried about my health. So, I’m trying to manage my blood pressure by taking herbs and CBD oil, practicing deep breathing, exercising, and doing more gentle yoga. I’m also trying to reduce stress in my life.

I know everything’s figureoutable. I noticed that I’m more present in my body and mind when facing challenges. I want to figure out how to solve my problems.

When we have health issues, it’s an opportunity to explore more about ourselves. We can grow and learn through our challenges. Some things can be scary – no doubt. It can turn your life upside down if you’re not feeling well.

But when we look at the bigger picture – it calls us to re-examine our lifestyle. Everything’s figureoutable. We can become closer to God (or our higher consciousness). I know when I’m sick, I pray more. It calls us to go inward and focus on our spirituality.

Thankfully, my ear no longer hurts. And I’m on the road to healing my heart and getting back to a healthy blood pressure.

Point Vierge

What is the point of vierge? It’s going into the center of the “eye.” It’s no coincidence that “I” is also your “eye.” Just like the compass needle points to magnetic North (OM). You also have a magnetic “North” called the third eye.

What is a third eye? It is a gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness.

Human being always wants to seek outside themselves. Therefore, we are encouraged to be stimulated by our surroundings. However, the point vierge is the combination of the third eye chakra and heart chakra.

Last night, I lay awake thinking about humanity and the world. I realize how much injustice there is in the world.

Humans and the Earth are the center of the Universe – this is a massive secret that Illuminati and those in control are keeping from us. As citizens of the Earth, we deserve the truth!

Humans have more power and imagination. We are becoming more aware of our power.

Therefore, I am grateful to you. My heart reaches out to you to let you know that you are beyond extraordinary.
